Concerning the volume of produced wine, it is rather a small size winery. This fact, however, enables the Čapka family to give an utmost care both to grape growing and wine production.

In accordance with constant development and new knowledge in the wine industry, modern processes and technologies are actively used, such as gentle cross-flow filtration or controlled fermentation of wine. Red wines mature in oak barrels, giving them a full and long taste.
